Nelly is the nanny to who many parents call when they need somebody to take care of their babies while they are busy. Nelly is a very good and responsible nanny, but she cannot do it by herself anymore. That's why she is asking you for a helping hand. Can you do it? Keep the babies healthy, clean and happy and give them what they want. Try to do it fast before they get too upset. You'll start with one baby and they will start to come more and more until the baby beds are all full. Enjoy!
