But to keep them happy and make them come back to you, you have to work hard and serve them as fast and good as possible. So, try to prepare and serve the paninis to your clients before they loose their patience to earn the money you need to get to the next level. Pay attention to each customer's order and choose the ingredients he wants, to make the panini. The first thing you have to do is to place the bread on the table, then put the ingredients your clients ask for on the bread. At the end put another slice of bread on top and cut the panini. Then, serve it to your customer on a plate. Have fun!
